Coverage

Every brake, hydraulic, suspension, and steering component installed by Stopper Brake Works, LLC is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for 24 months or 24,000 miles from the date of service, whichever comes first.

What's covered

• The full cost of the defective part
• All labor required to remove and replace it
• Any required fluid, hardware, or shop supplies
• Alignment recheck if suspension work was performed

What's not covered

• Normal wear (pads and rotors have a mileage life that varies with driving style)
• Damage from accidents, off-road use, racing on non-approved surfaces, or contamination by fluid other than brake fluid
• Failures caused by another shop's subsequent work on the same system

Transferable

Sell the car within the warranty window? The warranty transfers to the new owner. Simply send us the buyer's name and phone number and the date of sale.

How to make a claim

Call the shop at (904) 815-6962 or email clients@stopper-brakes.com. Bring the vehicle in for inspection. If the issue is covered, we fix it at no charge — usually the same day.
