Please read these Terms carefully before booking with us. They set out the relationship between you and our studio.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://guzeltravels.com and your engagement of Bright Horizon Travels for travel planning services. By using the website or instructing us to plan a trip, you accept these Terms.
We act as a travel planner and intermediary. We do not own, operate, or control the airlines, hotels, transport companies, guides, or other suppliers used to deliver your trip. Each supplier is responsible for the services it provides under its own terms and conditions, which we will share with you in writing before you confirm.
Planning fees are charged as set out in our written proposal and are payable in advance. Planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Supplier costs (accommodation, transport, guides) are governed by each supplier's cancellation policy, summarized in your final invoice.
A booking is confirmed only when we receive the agreed deposit and you have signed the proposal. Final payment is typically due 60 days before departure unless a supplier requires earlier payment, which we will flag in advance. We accept ACH transfer and major credit cards via our PCI-compliant processor.
Cancellation and change fees follow the underlying supplier policies plus our administrative fee of $150 per affected booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies. We can recommend independent brokers; we do not sell insurance ourselves.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health attestations. We will share current requirements known to us, but governments change rules without notice and the final responsibility rests with you.
We are not liable for failure to perform where prevented by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, public-health emergencies, strikes, natural disasters, and government action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with your trip is limited to the planning fees you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
All content on https://guzeltravels.com, including text, graphics, logos, and itinerary drafts, is the property of Bright Horizon Travels or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
