These terms govern your use of stopper-brakes.com and any service performed by Stopper Brake Works, LLC. By using the website or authorizing repair work, you agree to these terms.
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Prices published on the site are for the vehicle configurations described. Unusual conditions (seized fasteners, corroded lines, prior improper repairs) may require a revised estimate — we always contact you before proceeding.
All repair work is performed only after written or electronic authorization by the vehicle owner or their authorized representative.
Payment is due upon vehicle pickup. We accept the payment methods listed on our pricing page. A storage fee of $25 per day applies to vehicles not picked up within seven days of completion notification.
Replaced parts are available for you to inspect or take home on request. Cores (calipers, master cylinders) may be returned to suppliers for credit unless you request them in writing before service begins.

Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages except where required by Florida law.
