Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but a booked appointment guarantees your car is on a lift within 15 minutes. Same-day slots are usually available before 10 a.m.
How long does a typical brake job take?
Front pads and rotors: 90 minutes. All four corners: 2.5 hours. Complex jobs (calipers, ABS, big-brake kits) are quoted with a firm completion time before we start.
Are your prices really flat?
Yes. The number on the pricing page is the number on your invoice, tax included. If we open a caliper and find something unexpected, we photograph it, text you, and wait for your approval before touching anything.
What warranty do you offer?
24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, on every brake and hydraulic component we install — parts and labor. Transferable to the next owner if you sell the car.
Do you service European vehicles?
Every day. We have factory-level scan tools for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Volvo, Porsche, and MINI, and stock OE pad and rotor sets for common models.
Can you work on my EV or hybrid?
Yes. We service Tesla Model 3 / Y / S / X, Mustang Mach-E, Chevy Bolt, Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, Rivian, and every mainstream hybrid. Regen brakes still need pad service — often more urgently than owners realize because the pads corrode.
Do you offer a loaner car?
Free shuttle service inside the I-295 loop. For jobs longer than four hours we have three loaner vehicles available on a first-come basis, no charge.
Is a brake inspection really free?
Really free. Wheels come off, we measure pad depth and rotor thickness, we text you photos, and you leave with a written report — whether or not you book work with us.
Do you take insurance / extended warranties?
We work with most major extended-warranty providers, including CarShield, Endurance, and Fidelity. Bring the paperwork; we handle the phone calls.
What if I only need one pad replaced?
We won't do it. Pads must be replaced in axle sets or the car will pull under hard braking. It's an ethics thing, not a sales thing.
