01 — From $4,800 per trip

Custom international itineraries

The bulk of what we do. A planner designs your trip day by day, books accommodation and transport, briefs local guides, and manages the documents. Typical trip length is 7–21 nights. Average lead time: 4–6 months.

02 — From $6,500 per trip

Honeymoons & milestone trips

Anniversaries, big birthdays, retirements. We coordinate room upgrades, in-room notes, special dining, and the small surprises that make a milestone trip actually feel like one. Includes a pre-trip surprise consultation with the non-traveling family.

03 — $400 planning fee

Air & complex routing

Multi-city, award seats, business class, or routings consumer engines can't price. We work with a dedicated ticketing desk and can usually save 20–40% on long-haul premium cabins. Available standalone, no full itinerary required.

04 — From $3,200 per traveler

Small-group hosted journeys

Two to three departures a year, capped at 14 travelers, hosted by Richard or Elena. Past trips: Andalusia, Sicily, Patagonia, southern Japan. Pace is unhurried; you'll never visit three towns in one day.

05 — Bespoke quote

Corporate retreats & incentives

Off-sites and incentive trips for teams of 6–40. We handle contracts, rooming lists, group transfers, allergens, evening programs, and the surprisingly long list of things HR shouldn't have to think about. References available.

06 — Included with any trip

Concierge during the trip

Restaurant rebookings, an extra night when the storm rolls in, a doctor at 2am, swapped excursions, lost-passport runs to the embassy. One number. A human picks up.

Pricing

How our fees work.

We are a fee-based studio. That means we charge a transparent planning fee on top of the trip cost, and we rebate or disclose every commission. This keeps incentives clean: we recommend what fits your trip, not what pays us best.

Planning fees

  • Standard itinerary (up to 14 nights): $750 per trip, applied to your final invoice if you book within 30 days.
  • Extended or multi-country (15+ nights): $1,250 per trip.
  • Air-only or complex routing: $400 per ticket, refunded if we can't beat your best published fare.
  • Corporate retreats: 8–12% of program cost, quoted in advance.

What's not included

Tips for local guides and drivers, personal incidentals, optional excursions added in-country, travel insurance premiums, and visa fees where applicable. We will always flag these in writing before you commit.

Refunds & cancellations

Planning fees are non-refundable once we've started work. Trip-component cancellations follow each supplier's policy, which we summarize on a single page in your final proposal. We strongly recommend travel insurance; we'll point you to two independent brokers we trust.
