The 12 measurements
- Pad thickness — inner and outer, all four corners (8 measurements)
- Rotor thickness — minimum-spec compared to manufacturer stamp
- Rotor runout — dial indicator on the car
- Caliper slide movement — hand-checked
- Hydraulic hose condition — visual + squeeze test
- Brake fluid moisture % — refractometer
What you leave with
A printed report, photos texted to your phone, and a written estimate if anything is under spec. If everything is fine, we hand you the report and wave you off — no oil-change-store speech, no scripted upsell.
